Eco-Informatics
Eco-Informatics is an emerging discipline at the cross-road of environmental sciences and computer technologies. It focuses on facilitating ecological research and environmental management through all the stages of the scientific process:
- Gathering,
- Storing/Retrieving,
- Visualizing/Analyzing,
- Conceptualizing /Modeling,
- Sharing/Collaborating,
- Decision Making.
