Open Data Garage in Marseille

In the prospect of Marseille European Capital of Culture in 2013, the city takes the initiative to welcome one of the biggest Open Data events in Europe.

Of course, NS cannot miss this event. From now more than three years, we create a set of services and of innovative tools which allow opening the data of biodiversity. During this events, we‘ll present how we chose to approach this change of paradigm. We‘ll present a custom different from traditional naturalists tools.

NS is partner of the event Géoséminaire 2011

The géoséminaire 2011 concerned this year the Geomatics and participative initiatives. Organized by the association Silatitudes (master's degree SILAT), it took place on Tuesday, March 1st in Montpellier, in the campus of la Gaillarde. Natural Solutions was partner.

Involved in this bottom-up approach since our creation, we presented our open source softwares(ecoRelevé and Pocket eRelevé). We showed how our tools allow to enrich and to share the knowledge of presence of the living in the planet.

Students, actors of the geomatics and actors of the environment were also also able to exchange with Open Street Map or Télabotanica.
