Pocket eRelevé, mission Zembra
From 2 till 12 June 2010, team of Natural Solutions joined the initiative PIM to realize a mission of ground on the Tunisian island of Zembra, classified National park and Reserve of Biosphere since 1977.
The experts present on the island of Zembra, will handle in particular the updating of naturalists inventories of Puffins. The objective of this census is to go on more than hundred of GPS points covering the totality of the island.
We join the effort of the naturalists by equipping them with our Pocket eRelevé. Pocket eRelevé was chosen to assist them in the seizure and the export of the data taken during the mission. The observations are based on the remote sampling allowing to estimate the density of the populations.
